Invoice for Registration Fees

If you require an invoice for IEEE SSCI 2015, please register for the conference first. You will receive a confirmation email from us with a link where you can download your invoice. If you have selected wire transfer as a payment option, you will receive another email with additional details to complete the wire transfer.

Important Registration Information

  1. In order for your paper to be included in the conference proceedings, a full registration must be paid prior to or on October 14, 2015.
    • A full registration is requested even if all authors of the paper are students, i.e., a student registration does not cover any papers
    • If you register late, your paper will not appear in the conference program and the proceedings.
    • A full registration covers a maximum of THREE papers.
  2. Important: All attendees MUST register for the conference
  3. Full Registration and Student Registration fees include admission to all symposia and all sessions:
    • Plenary/keynote talks, regular sessions, special sessions and tutorials.
    • Coffee breaks, lunches.
    • One ticket for the welcome reception, one ticket for the banquet
    • One copy of the program book and a USB stick with all symposia proceedings.
  4. Each paper is limited to 8 pages. A maximum of two extra pages per paper are allowed, at an additional charge of $125 USD per extra page.
  5. Each extra USB stick of all symposia proceedings will be $55. Each extra banquet ticket will be $100. Each extra welcome reception ticket will be $50.
  6. For Student Registration, it is required to provide a copy of a valid ID at the time of registration that certifies their full-time student status.

Cancelation Policy: All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by 11 November 2015. There will be an administrative fee of $100 deducted from each refund.
